Rainy days are not for moping

I’m not usually a fan of rainy weather and it’s certainly near the bottom of my list as a source of inspiration, but once in a blue moon it’s right for the sewing task at hand. Here’s Mr A hiding behind my latest cushion project – or maybe he’s just trying to blend in on this overcast day. To suit the large-scale pattern on this super-soft vintage rayon, I upscaled to 24-inch (61cm) cushions. They’re backed in navy organic cotton canvas and come as a pair.
