A spot of colour

Last night I went to another exhibition opening – works by my very talented friend Lucy Griggs, an ex-Brisbane gal who is making a fleeting visit from her current home in eastern Europe. The Republic of Bees features at Milani Gallery at Woolloongabba until Saturday 8 October. Most of Lucy’s works were beautifully detailed watercolours on the covers of lined exercise books – just gorgeous (as was our lovely hostess in this Gorman dress).
