Mr Badger comes out to play

After much debate about what colour the letters should be, I finally finished the badger stamp cushion today. And while it was inspired by a vintage Czechoslovakian postage stamp, I opted for another country of origin so that the letters wouldn’t look squished – if there are enough badgers in Poland for there to be a Polish badger coin, then I figured there could be a Polish badger stamp cushion! This one is the most 3D of any cushions in the current series, with five layers of felt making up his face.

I took this picture in between two big storms that came out of nowhere today – from the weather outlook, it sounds like I’ll have to wait until Tuesday morning to do the official photo shoot for the stamp cushions I’ve made so far. Then I can whip up some product descriptions and open up shop.
