The Shacket #3

After diligently copying the Sew Hip men’s shirt pattern onto butcher’s paper (and yes, it took ages), I decided it wasn’t quite the right shape for Mr A’s Shacket, so I caved in and bought the Colette Negroni men’s shirt pattern. It’s beautifully presented and far superior to the other pattern with regards to instructions and, most importantly, looks like it will be the right cut for a lightweight jacket.

I’ve also made progress on the fabric front: Mr A has chosen a dark olive-coloured drill, so once I’ve bought that I’ll (hopefully) be off and racing!
