All creatures great and small

Regular readers will be familiar with my penchant for gushing about the latest Mark Hearld creation every so often… and it’s with much delight that today I heard a satisfying “clunk” in the mailbox and rushed outside to thank the delivery man before settling down at the dining table with a cup of strawberry cream tea and this amazing British artist’s first book.

Mark Hearld’s Work Book is a big hardcover book bursting with glorious art – a veritable treasure trove of creatures great and small. Hearld is represented by St Jude’s Gallery and they’ve set up a page to preview the book – you can see those pics here.

I have a greetings card by this artist, in the shape of a bird, which you can hang. it’s gorgeous, and so much better and longer lasting than most cards!
