Fabric find: Hills and pebbles

Check out this fabulous Japanese fabric I found! It’s on a lovely teal background and is a beautifully soft linen/cotton blend.

It reminds me of walking around the hills on our farm when I was growing up and collecting pretty pebbles. I’d follow Dad’s tractor while he was harrowing and fossick through the dirt to find tiny sparkly stones, which I would stuff in my pockets until they were full. I still have my pebble collection to this day – I guess I’ve always been a bit of a collector…
