Saturday Special: Simplicity 2083

I love, love, love this pattern! It’s such a classic 1950s shape and I can just see it in royal blue with white rick rack – not that there’s anything wrong with the red version pictured on the sleeve! Fabulous big pockets, wide shoulder straps gathered to the bodice and soft pleats at the skirt sides for extra volume… Just divine!

Adore it, unfortunately my waist seems to have disappeared. It would certainly suit you and both my girls though.

It’s definitely one of my new favourites! Hope you’re keeping well Zena.
