This was one of my bargain pattern finds from the Lifeline Bookfest last weekend – and what a cute little number it is! It’s by Norma Tullo, who was a major Australian designer in the 1960s and 1970s. Unsurprisingly given the era, she had a penchant for distinctive collars, empire lines and short hemlines.
