This pattern was my kookiest find at the Lifeline Bookfest in Brisbane last weekend – those long set in sleeves gathered to the wrist with elastic casings are really something! For the record, it’s from 1972.

I don’t think I’d ever make this one, but I just couldn’t resist it as a document of fashion history… Don’t tell me I’m turning into a collector!
