Cherry blossom delight

This Japanese barkcloth is one of my absolute favourites! When I first saw the design online I imagined the cherry blossoms would be much smaller, but I’m so glad they turned out to be so large – bursts of orange colour with a sprinkling of mint that just pops off the black background.

They’ve gone on the pile for the Queensland Art Gallery shop during Future Beauty, but I might need some of these cushions for myself!
