We’re going back to 1949 for today’s pattern pick – a one-piece dress with front-buttoning that joins an eight-gore skirt. View 2 would have been a staple of my Mum’s wardrobe so I do like it for reasons of nostalgia, but that tie collar on View 1 is quite cute, don’t you think?
