Easy on the eye

Last weekend I went to another car show – this time in the baking sun out at my childhood stomping ground of Rosewood for their Charity Show’n’Shine. There were plenty of fine specimens, including this Chevy, which was literally the first car inside the gate!

This shocking green Chevrolet Impala was the most eye-catching hot rod of the day for me. Will you look at the tail end on that!

There were some lovingly restored Fords as well.


This one was truly magnificent.


And of course I couldn’t go past the Bel Airs! Phwoar!

    Some nice looking cars at this show but I have to agree with you about the beautiful green 59…… What a stunner!! Was very very surprised it didn’t win a single trophy though.

      I can’t believe that beautiful green machine didn’t win anything! That’s just not right!
