I do love patch pockets! This one from 1975 looks like my perfect summer dress!

‘How to sew’ dress, unlined jacket and scarf: V1 & V2 dress with skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline has back zipper, shoulder straps and patch pockets with optional lace edging. V1 jacket tied in front has collar and short set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and tied at lower edge. V2 features a matching scar.
